Spring 2013 Commencement is scheduled for Friday, May 3, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. in the Von Braun Center Propst Arena. It is expected that all administrators and staff attend the commencement exercises. It is mandatory that all faculty participate in the line of march, with your college, dressed in full regalia. The faculty will line up at 5:45 p.m. and march in at 5:50 p.m.
For faculty and/or administrative staff who do not have academic regalia for commencement, please go to the link below or call Jostens at 1-800-854-7464 to place an order. Payment is required at the time the order is placed and all credit cards will be accepted. The deadline to order regalia for Spring 2013 commencement is close of business on Friday, April 5, 2013. Regalia can be ordered here. After that date, orders must be phoned in to Jostens call center at: 1-800-854-7464.
All regalia ordered will be available for pick up on Wednesday, May 1, 2013 from 11:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and Thursday, May 2, 2013 from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. in the T. M. Elmore Building Room 7. Please contact Academic Affairs if you have any questions.
