Professional Profile

  • Work diligently with the Small Farms Research Center, assisting the Center director, Dr. Duncan Chembezi and Program Manager and Marketing Specialist, E’licia Chaverest, in the running of the Center and providing outreach training and technical assistance for small and limited resource farmers, landowners, extension personnel and government officials and agencies.

  • Provided leadership in the workshop, “Agricultural Risk Management and Business Development Training Workshop.” As the Program Manager, I made sure the workshop went as planned.

  • Work with advertisements in North Alabama such as Allied Photocopy, Huntsville Times, and Expo Displays on conference events locally and on travel.

  • Assist with the Tennessee Valley Women in Agriculture Program on upcoming events, planning of yearly functions for the public, and conduct events for local Fiber Day.
