A valid photo identification card (driver's license, official state / government issued ID, or passport)
Current immunization card.
Copy of birth certificate.
Medical insurance card.
Proof of vehicle insurance (applies only to students with automobiles on campus).
Current vehicle registration information.
Official copy of final high school transcript, if one has not already been submitted to the Office of Admissions (must be in a sealed envelope).
Summary of transfer credits (applies to transfer student only).
Emergency contact information (name, relation to the student, address, phone number, etc., of person to be contracted).
An Alarm clock (wind-up or electric with battery back-up).
Flashlight with batteries.
Telephone for your room (by request only).
A box with a lock to secure valuables.
Appropriate outerwear (rain gear, jackets, etc.).
Females: at least one skirted business suit, office appropriate (knee-length or longer), white dress, or white skirt, white blouse and comfortable dress shoes.
Males: Dark tie, white dress shirt, black dress slacks, and dress shoes
