Studying the mechanisms of action of the steroid receptors estrogen receptor alpha (ERa) and beta (ERb).  Specifically, studying genes and pathways regulated by ERa and ERb and defining the mechanism of action how natural and synthetic environmental endocrine disruptors affect  these pathways.
