Program Educational Objectives

​The Program Educational Objectives of the MET Baccalaureate Degree Program at A&M University:

• The graduates of this program will be prepared for employment as engineers or closely-related professions, and they will apply technical and professional skills that make use of established mathematical, science, and engineering methods related to applying the current state-of-the-art within mechanical engineering technology and related fields.

• Graduates will be work effectively in team settings, and with excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Graduates will be committed to professional development and lifelong learning through short courses, industrial training, and/or participation in a graduate program.
