So you want to work in sports?

Well, Alabama A&M University is a great place to start!  We here in the Sports Management Program are committed to providing the best educational experience and environment to individuals who seek the knowledge and understanding of what it takes to be successful in the Sports Industry. We offer an array of courses to help students gain exposure to the many facets of Sports Management as well as further develop your passion for the industry.  Our program seeks to ensure that our students leave our classrooms with the ability to:

• demonstrate a knowledge of management and leadership concepts within the sport space,
• demonstrate a knowledge of the application of moral and ethical theories to the sport experience, and
• demonstrate a knowledge of how psycho-social factors impact the world of sport.
      

The Alabama A&M University Sports Management Program is dedicated to assisting in the development of our students to help them reach their full potential and graduate ready to take their place as industry leaders.

This program is offered in two tracks: Management or Marketing.
