Abstract: This activity focuses on increasing the number of African Americans with a Ph.D. degree in Physics, as well as improving, renovating and equipping research labs, and enhancing the curriculum. This activity has significantly aided our current African-American research graduates as they work toward the completion of their Ph.D. and M.S. degrees in Applied Physics and Space Science.
