Alabama A&M University Alumni Association, Inc. constitution and bylaws were published by Alabama A&M University National Alumni Normalite Association, Incorporated on May 4, 1991.
The purpose of the Association shall be to provide a medium through which the alumni and friends may work to advance the growth and development of Alabama A&M University. The Association is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purpose.
