The primary purpose of Career Development Services is to assist students in making the transition from the world of school to the world of work. In order to do this, Career Development Services sponsors six programs annually:

Career Week 2011 - held in September/October (September 26-28, 2011)
Career Fair (this year: September 27)
Interview Day (this year: September 28)
Graduate and Professional Schools Day 2011 - held in October (this year: October 3)
North Alabama Connection: Professional Employment Day 2012 - held in late February (this year: February 22)
Spring Career Week 2012 in March (this year: February 29 - March 2)
Career Fair (this year: March 1)
Interview Day (this year: March 2)
Youth Motivation Task Force 2012 in April (this year: March 31 - April 3)
Saturday- YMTFest (Pre-conference activity)
Sunday- Opening Session/Mentoring Program
Monday- Classroom Visitation
Tuesday- Classroom Visitation/Networking Symposium
Teacher Education Recruitment Day 2012 usually in early May (this year: April 24)
