Hall internet.jpgBrendlyn Hall states “It is with great pleasure, since 1991 that I have had the pleasure of servicing our most valued customers.”  Presently she is the Residence Hall Director of Ernest Knight Complex only after becoming a graduate of this illustrious university with a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness. Ms. Hall serves as co-advisor to the Inter -Resident Hall Council, a member of the Homecoming Committee, and Bulldog Pride Committee.





Hopkins Hall

Mr. Henry Davis is the Residence Hall Director of Hopkins Hall. Mr. Henry Davis is a native Alabamian born in Somerville, Morgan County. He earned both a Bachelor of Science degree in teacher education and a Master of Science degree in Counseling Psychology from AAMU.  Mr. Davis is a "Bulldog" and a football letterman., playing under the leadership of Coach Lewis Crews, 1960 - 1962.  He is also a Vietnam War veteran and spent significant time working for the US Government and traveling in Europe after the Army.  Mr. Davis is fluent in German as a second language.  He returned to Alabama in 1999 and began his career as a residential life director at Foster Complex in August 2000.  He has served as director of Hopkins Hall and Morris Hall.   Mr. Davis is involved in local church and community activities.  Student Affairs, mainly Residential Life is his latest career field.  The residents and staff of Hopkins hall and the students of Alabama A&M University are "his ministry."

Mr. Randy Rhynes

In 1983, Mr. Randy Rhynes moved to Huntsville from Dothan, AL. to attend Alabama A&M University. He began working in the residence halls as a work-study student before graduating in 1988 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Finance from the school of business.  In August of 1988, Mr. Rhynes was hired as the assistant residence hall director for Stephens hall; under the leadership of Mr. Frank Hester. He was given his first directorship over Hopkins Hall in the fall of 1995.  Determined to further his education, Mr. Rhynes entered the graduate school program at Alabama A&M University in 1993 and stayed the course until the summer of 1999, when he was awarded a M. S. degree in Agribusiness Management.  Since that time, Mr. Rhynes has had the honor of serving as Residence Hall Director of Morris and Grayson Halls, as well as Foster Complex West.

Mr. Malcom Williams

Williams Internet.jpgMr. Malcom D. Williams is a native of Birmingham, AL. He is a Residence Hall Director at Foster Living and Learning Complex.  He has been with the Residence Life staff for a period of time.  Mr. Williams is a graduate of Alabama A&M University with a B.S. in Social Work. He is a member of AEA (Alabama Education Association) and the Alabama A&M University Staff Senate.  Mr. Williams works in association with the Athletic Department, ORAS (Office of Retention and Academic Support), and the BAIRH program at Alabama A&M University to ensure the mission and vision of the student and student athlete at Foster Complex are met. Mr. Williams has the benefit of working and developing the minds of young men to enhance themselves to be future leaders for tomorrow’s world.

Anderson internet.jpgMs. S. J. Anderson currently holds the position of Residence Hall Director of Palmer Hall III.  She is a proud graduate holding a B.S. degree in Early Childhood Education. Ms. Anderson has been an active participant with several organizations since 1986; such as Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. , NASAP (National Association of Student Affairs Professionals), SEAHO (Southeastern  Association of Housing Officers), AAIE (Association for the Advancement of International Educators), Kappa Delta Pi Honors Association, Martin Luther King Service Organization, Baptist Campus Ministries and Re-Birth Ministries. Three year ago, Ms. Anderson formed an ongoing green initiative called POWER UP GREEN: P.U.G.  She also joined the Bulldog Pride Committee, established by Alabama A&M First Lady, Mrs. A. Hugine.



Stephens Hall

Lane Internet.jpgMr. Jarvis Lane, a native of Decatur, AL., is the Residence Hall Director for Stephens Hall.  He comes to Alabama A&M from UAB, with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Spanish.  While at UAB, Mr. Lane served as a Resident Assistant for four years and work with the Office of New Student Orientation for two years as an Orientation Leader.  During his tenure, Mr. Lane as Programmer of the Year for 3 years, member & Associate Director of the National Residence Hall Honorary (Upsilon Alpha Beta Chapter) and Residence Hall Association Executive Council Member.  Mr. Lane also sang with the UAB Gospel Choir, and participated in the F.O.C.U.S. (freshman first year experience steering committee).  Mr. Lane brings passion for Residential Life and experience with the Freshmen First Year Experience and Living-Learning Community component of Residence Life.  Mr. Lane is excited about joining the BULLDOG NATION!


Ms. Brenda Mallard, RHD

Mallard.jpgBrenda J. Mallard, a native of Huntsville, Alabama, alum of Alabama A & M University, graduated in 1984 with a BA in Political Science. In August 2004, she became an employee of Residential Life at A & M and is currently a director of Knight Complex. Ms. Mallard is also a recent graduate of the Psychology Department, obtaining her Master's Degree in May, 2011.






Terry Hall

Flowers Internet.jpgJacqueline Flowers is a proud graduate of Alabama A&M University, with a degree in Biology.  She has been employed at A&M since 1988.  Ms. Flowers is a member of Madison Mission SDA Church where she is very active.  Ms. Flowers is a member of SEAHO (Southeastern Association of Housing Officers.  During her tenure in Residential Life, Ms. Flowers has worked in many of the halls and has advised several organizations, such as Inter-Residence Hall Council, Rebirth Christian Ministries, Voluptuous Bulldog Beauties, Women’s Week, Residence Hall Week and many more.  Ms. Flowers is very involved in campus committees, such as Bulldog Pride, Toastmasters, Homecoming, Founders Day Committee, Maroon and White Pageant and many more.
