Hunter’s Hotline is a non-profit tipline created in 2004 following the
death of Huntsville High School student Hunter Stephenson. Hunter
passed away from an accidental drug overdose and immediately
following a number of students came forward with information
regarding harmful and disturbing activities within their peer groups.
Hunter’s Hotline allows students a safe and confidential way to call
and leave a voicemail or text regarding any suspicious or potentially
dangerous behavior to their dedicated phone number. The
students’ trust in the Hotline is the number one priority for Hunter’s
Hotline. The Hotline is NOT an emergency hotline. In the event of an
emergency, dial 911.
