Chinese Delicious Cuisine in AAMU Class
         On 31th March 2016, Confucius Institute at AAMU partnered with Nutrition Faculty started a class of Chinese Delicious Cuisine. Students learned how to cook Chinese food while enjoying the delicious dishes afterwards.
          Gongbao chicken, stewed beef with potatoes,  shrimps with celery,eggplant pancakes etc. Chinese dishes made students wonder and open up their eyes. Chinese cuisine teacher talked about the seasonal food, the balance between Yin and Yang in food and the sense of beauty in dishes, which made students feel surprised and had a vivid lesson.
