Welcome to The Office of Field Experiences
The Office of Field Experiences is a service unit that supports all of the teaching certification programs. Students complete field experiences and internships in the local schools in order to connect theory practice.
The Office of Field Experiences offers diverse learning opportunities for preservice candidates in a variety of settings. Prior to enrolling in the internship, student complete a minimum of 205 hours of field experiences in the schools. (see the field experiences flyer)
REQUIREMENTS:
Field experiences include the opening and closing of the school year. (See the memorandum and form for the opening and closing of the school year
The program is compose of three levels: Level I, Level II, and Level III.
