Notice is hereby given of the scheduled meeting of the Alabama A&M University Board of Trustees Nominating Committee ("Nominating Committee") to fill the position vacated as a result of the resignation of former Trustee Chasidy Privett, who was serving from the Fourth Congressional District.
This meeting is scheduled to be held beginning at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, January 23, 2013, at the offices of Sirote & Permutt, P.C., at 305 Church Street, 8th Floor, Huntsville, Alabama.
The Nominating Committee will be addressing the business for which it was created by statue and will consider matters properly before it at that time, including nominations to fill the position by Chasidy Privett on the Board of Trustees.
