Supplemental Instruction

Supplemental Instruction is a series of weekly review sessions for students taking historically difficult classes such as Math, English and History. SI is a “free service” offered to all students in a targeted course.  During these sessions, an SI student leader will be provided to help guide students through their learning experiences. It can help students who want to improve their understanding of course material and improve their grades. It can also provide an opportunity for students to meet and interact with other classmates.

  • Faculty partner with the SI program to select good candidates for SI leaders
  • Provides a copy of the official roster for the SI program specialist
