Alabama A&M University accounting students recently took their classroom knowledge to the corporate world during the National Association of Black Accountants (NABA) Southern Regional Student Conference in Atlanta. The AAMU chapter – one of the largest in the nation with more than 300 members – brought 79 students to the event, combining professional development with visits to some of the country’s top financial institutions and a behind-the-scenes look at the Atlanta Braves organization.
