Eight AAMU nutrition and dietetics students traveled to Denver for the Food & Nutrition Conference & Expo (FNCE ®) in Denver, October 7–10. “The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics organizes this annual event that unites professionals. Experts, students and enthusiasts in the realm of nutrition,” says AAMU Didactic Program in Dietetics Director and Associate Professor of Nutrition, Hospitality Management, Dr. Brittanie Chester. “Students participated in workshops and attended seminars where they were exposed to cutting-edge research, innovative approaches to dietetics, and future trends in nutrition.”
