Alabama A&M University recently welcomed 65 middle and high school students from across Alabama for the 2026 Alabama Jr. MANRRS Leadership Institute, an immersive leadership and career development program designed to inspire the next generation of leaders in agriculture, natural resources and STEM-related fields.
