Activity #3 - Strengthening Food Science Graduate Program

   Abstract:  The overall objective of this activity is to increase the number of African American Ph.D. graduates in Food Science.  It also focuses on enhancing the curriculum, and improving, renovating and equipping laboratories to provide a competitive environment.
