Lavenia H. Thomas Hall is a traditional 3 story female residence hall with 94 rooms. It houses freshmen females in double occupancy rooms. It is equipped with a large student lounge, laundry facilities, mini-computer lab, community bathrooms with individual shower stalls, cable, wireless internet, and telephone services.
Keeping with the traditional residence hall arrangement, all rooms are accessible off a main enclosed corridor.
Each room provides closet and drawer space, moveable desk, telephone and cable jacks. The rooms also have tiled flooring, lighting, and window blinds.
