Spring 2019: Housing Application Information

Update: New students move in on January 4th.
Returning students move in on January 5th and 6th.

The Housing process will open November 12, 2018, until spaces have been filled.

The following criteria must be met before accessing the Housing Application.

  • Admitted to AAMU
  • Completed FAFSA on file with Financial Aid (required for all scholarship recipients)
  • Pay the registration fee of $350 (not covered by scholarships/financial aid). It takes 48 hours for payments to post to your account. Once it post, you will have access to the housing portal.

You will not be able to complete this process unless your housing fees have been paid in full, and you have a completed FAFSA on file. The full amount is $350.00 which includes an application fee and deposit.

Please take this time to review the information below to help you complete the housing process. 

  1. How to access the Housing Application (housing agreement) using your "Self-Service Banner" Account.
  2. How to complete the Housing Agreement Process.
  3. Housing will assign students because space is limited. (Spring only). Assignments will be made by December 14th. Log back into your Self-Service Banner for the update.
