Making the connection, creating partnerships.
The Office of Corporate and Foundation Relations promotes the creation of strategic partnerships between Alabama A&M University, corporations and foundations. We work to build mutually beneficial alliances with external partners in support of the University’s core capital and program needs in teaching, research and related areas.
Many types of support from corporations and foundations are critically important to the University.
Term funding for specific projects, seed support for new initiatives, capital grants for facilities, grants toward undergraduate scholarships, graduate fellowships, professorships and other faculty awards, and in-kind gifts are among the most valuable forms of support for the University.
In turn, our partners benefit from the many resources associated with Alabama A&M University, including leading scholars and researchers, exceptional students, and the laboratories and facilities on the campus.
Corporate and Foundation Relations works to support programs and projects in all academic areas — from Science, Technology, Engineering and Math to Behavioral Sciences our outstanding graduate and professional programs (Business, Education, Agriculture, Environmental Sciences, Art and Music) to other University and community resources such the State Black Archives Research Center and Museum and JF Drake Memorial Learning Resources Center.
