Must clear fingerprint background check

Complete application to teacher education and submit to Teacher Service Center
Sub health record form (negative TB skin test or chest x-ray)
Must pass Speech/Language/Hearing Screening
Tests required by the Alabama State Department of Education (for detailed information refer to www.alsde.edu) (APTTP), (Praxis II Test, except Collaborative Teacher 6-12 prior to internship)
