The Michael P. Anderson Summer Outreach Program
The Michael P. Anderson Summer Outreach Program is a non-residential, day program designed to expose students to different areas of engineering & science through experimentation in the areas of civil, electrical & mechanical engineering. Students compete for trophies and awards at the conclusion of each activity.
Eligibility and Requirements:
- Students completing 9th, 10th or 11th grade this spring
- Students with an interest in science, engineering, math & technology
Program Dates:
- June 10, 2012 - June 28, 2012
Must submit the following by, May 12, 2012:
- Two letters of recommendation from teacher or counselor
- Completed Application
- Completed Survey
- An essay on the Importance of Mathematics and Science in society
- An official transcript
