Virginia Caples Lifelong Learning Institute Fall 2021 Courses & Activities
This class will focus on making “smart decisions” related to fall prevention. Attendees will not only learn about fall prevention but also participate in exercise “moves” that increase balance, coordination, and endurance.

Brief Bio of Presenter: DeLane Richardson is a community ombudsman representative for Central Alabama Aging Consortium, Area Agency on Aging. DeLane is an advocate for patients and residents of nursing homes, boarding homes, and assisted living facilities in Montgomery, Autauga, and Elmore counties.
