A collaboration between the Offices of Service and Learning and Community College Relations and Global Initiatives, Dr. Noelle Hunter will be giving a presentation on "Human Trafficking and Child Abduction" at Clyde Foster Auditorium. Dr. Hunter is co-founder and president emeritus of iStand Parent Network, Inc. a non-governmental organization that empowers parents to recover their children from International Parental Child Abduction (IPCA) and advocates for public policy reform to prevent and end this crime against children and families.
