*All workshops will be held in the ARC Auditorium except for Blackboard Ultra Advanced Training which will be held in the CETL Conference Room Library 3rd Floor
(Blackboard Ultra Advanced Training is for faculty users who have utilized the Ultra-environment for more at least 3 semesters)
Sessions
Introduction to Ultra: An overview of Ultra for those who haven’t seen Ultra recently. We will highlight navigating throughout Ultra courses walk through some the standout features.
Course Copy with Ultra: We will walk through a step-by-step course copy process. Highlighting best practices and updates to the course copy process.
Ultra-Enhancements/ Roadmap: This session is for those who already have a good foundational understanding Ultra. WE will be highlighting new features and upcoming releases.
Best Practices to set up Gradebook: Will be doing a walk though of how to navigate the Gradebook and basics on setting up your Gradebook.
Gradebook Q/A: Opportunity to ask questions around Gradebook
Building your New Ultra Course: Opportunity to show you best practices for building your course in Ultra. Beneficial if faculty attended the Course Copy session prior to this session.
Office Hours: we encourage faculty to use this time for specific situations that pertain to your courses. For example, if you have already copied your course and need help with restructuring it.
