3rd Annual AAMU International Women's Day Celebration 'Accelerate Action'

Calling ALL Women to come out and Celebrate the Wonderful Accomplishments and Contributions of women locally and worldwide. This event is Friday, March 7, 2025, 11:30am-1pm, Earnest Knight Center. The 2025 Theme "Accelerate Action", emphasizes the need to make faster progress toward gender equality. It encourages people to step forward in solidarity to help speed up the rate of progress. The Colors are Purple, Green and White. Please wear one or a combination of these colors. 

The Guest Speaker is Dr. Tashni-Ann Dubroy, Chief Operating Officer of Breakthrough T1D, former President of Shaw University and newly retired Executive VP and COO at Howard University.  She was born and raised in Mandeville, Jamaica. 

We look forward to hearing our guest speaker and sharing this celebration of Women, with all of you, during Women's History Month.
