Heirs’ Property & Estate Planning Info Session
Join the Virginia Caples Lifelong Learning Institute (VCLLI) for an information session on heirs' property and estate planning.
Heirs' property is residential or agricultural land passed down through generations without a formal will or probate process. Estate Planning involves managing assets, finances, and personal wishes in the event of death or being incapacitated. Both present challenges for individuals and families, but this session can help to address them.
