Homecoming Alumni Day Party Tent Reservation Form

Alumni and community attendees are welcome to reserve a tent for the 2023 Alumni Day Party on Friday, September 29, 2023 on the Quad from 3:00pm-6:30pm. No personal tents will be allowed on the Quad for this event. Tents will be set from 9:00am-7:00pm. Tables and chairs will not be included. A limited number is available and will be provided on a first come, first served basis. The form and payment are due on September 1, 2023.

 

Homecoming Alumni Day Party Vendor Registration

Licensed clothing and paraphernalia vendors are invited to reserve a vendor station for the 2023 Alumni Day Party on Friday, September 29, 2023 on the Quad from 3:00pm-6:30pm. Two tables and two chairs will be provided for each vendor. Vendor stations may be set from 9:00am-7:00pm. A limited number of spots are available and will be provided on a first come, first served basis. The form and payment are due on September 1, 2023. Food truck vendors should contact Jessica.brown1@aamu.edu for inquiries as there is a different process for food vendor approvals.
