SUBJECT: AWARDED VENDORS FOR PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS, MONOGRAMMED, SCREEN PRINTED, & EMBROIDERED APPAREL, AND AWARDS OF RECOGNITION AND/OR MERIT BID

The Purchasing Department released a bid solicitation, Bid No. 2K18-29B, for promotional products, monogrammed, screen printed, and embroidered apparel, and awards of recognition and/or merit in an effort to contract with some of the University’s long-term partners that did not participate on past bid opportunities. By doing so, Alabama A&M University was able to negotiate competitive pricing with MSM Promotions, Varsity Brands Holding Co., Inc., Positive Promotions, Data Pro., as well as, attain new partnerships with Award Company of America and JA-PRO dba Progressive Marketing.

The following summarizes the discounts each vendor is providing under Bid No. 2K18-29B.
