CETL Presents: Improving Overall Customer Service With 60 Research-Based Service Strategies

Every institution aspires to provide a level of service that is responsive to the needs of every student and allows each student to feel valued. However, unfunded mandates, limited staffing and monitoring federal and state guidelines make it nearly impossible to develop a research-based service philosophy and standards. In this entertaining, fast-paced presentation, 60 research-based service strategies will be introduced. Participants will then be able to apply the best practices to the institution’s service standards.
