There will be a meeting of the Governance Committee of the Board of Trustees of Alabama A&M University to be held on Friday, February 21, 2020, at 8:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as may be required, in the Clyde Foster Auditorium on the campus of Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University. The purpose of the meeting will be to permit the Governance Committee to review and take whatever action, if any, it may deem appropriate concerning trustee performance and actions, and to address any further business set forth in the agenda of the Board of Trustees for its meeting scheduled on February 21, 2020, which may properly come before the Governance Committee at that time. The public is invited to attend and observe proceedings of the Governance Committee.
