The Alabama Cooperative Extension System at AAMU invites you to join Urban Regional Extension Agent Nkenge Hyter for Two-Step Tuesday from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m.
Two-Step Tuesday is a fun, interactive, 1-hour aerobic line dance class for all ages. Groove to the beat, do some fancy footwork, and increase your daily steps. You can attend online or in-person in the Dawson Building, room 240.
Be sure to wear comfortable shoes and clothing. Admission is free but pre-registration at www.aces.edu/go/3857 is required.
