Welcome to the PhD Program! I am honored to accompany you on this exciting and transformative academic journey. As you begin this new chapter, know that you have joined a community of scholars committed to excellence, innovation, and social impact.

The path ahead will be intellectually rigorous, but it will also be incredibly rewarding. You will be challenged to stretch your thinking, deepen your research, and find your voice as a scholar-practitioner. Along the way, I encourage you to embrace the process, remain curious, and lean on your support systems—including your faculty, peers, and mentors.
