Policies and Procedures

The Office of Research and Sponsored Programs (ORSP) serves as the primary unit responsible for developing and promoting the University’s overall program of sponsored programs and sponsored research. All proposals involving sponsored programs and research are reviewed and approved by the ORSP prior to final submission to external funding agencies.

Submitting Grants

The ORSP reviews, implements, and monitors the University’s research administration policies and procedures, and contributes to the formulation of new policies as necessary. The ORSP provides assistance to faculty and staff in clarifying and interpreting federal/agency guidelines, requirements, regulations, and University policies and procedures.

4. AAMU Junior Faculty Seed Grant Program
   Competitive seed grant funding for AAMU junior full-time faculty members to strengthen their research capacity to compete for external funds
