Student Email

Alabama A&M University has established email as a primary form of communication with students, faculty, and staff. All students are required to have a account; your bulldog account is the official and only email address recognized by the University. Bulldog student email is hosted by Google.

Google Workspace Features

Your Email account gives you full access to the complete set of Google GSuite. These tools include:

  • GMAIL: Over 6GB of email quota, mail search tools, and integrated chat using your email address
  • Google Calendar: An online calendar tool that allows you to coordinate meetings, schedule events, and share you calendar with others
  • Drive, Docs, Sheets, & Slides: ​Create, share and collaborate on documents, spreadsheets, and presentations in real-time across campus or across the world

Accessing your Email

The myAAMU Single Sign On (SSO) portal gives you access to all of the AAMU resources and tools that Students, Faculty, and Staff will need for their respective areas. Single Sign-On (SSO) allows you to log in to your Alabama A&M University applications (Self Service Banner, Email, etc), eliminating the need to remember multiple sets of passwords.
