The Adopt-a-Mile Program is a Bulldog Pride initiative designed to provide ongoing beautification efforts to Chase Road, which runs on the southern perimeter of the university campus.
Volunteers, who are assigned by the Adopt-a-Mile committee, clean a one-mile stretch along Chase Road. Once per month, they conduct routine checks and maintenance of their designated miles. They also take the initiative to report any major street needs and repairs to the appropriate authorities. Participants include students and student-led organizations.
The committee is thankful for the participation of volunteers and works continually to recognize those individuals who devote their time and energy to this project.
