Dr. Courtney Hamilton

Dr. Courtney Hamilton is the Alabama Technology in Motion (ATiM) Specialist for the Alabama A&M University & UAH Regional Inservice Center, where she leads regional efforts to support K–12 educators in the effective integration of instructional technology. In this role, she partners with school districts across Region 3 to design and deliver high-quality professional learning experiences that strengthen teaching practices, enhance student engagement, and promote innovative, technology-rich instruction.

Dr. Hamilton holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Tuskegee University, a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction, and a Doctoral degree in Instructional Leadership. She brings a strong foundation in classroom instruction, curriculum design, and educational leadership to her work, informed by prior experience in the Madison County School System. Dr. Hamilton is deeply committed to empowering educators, advancing digital learning, and supporting schools as they adapt to the evolving demands of teaching and learning in the 21st century.
