Morris Hall, a four-story air-conditioned residence hall and home to nearly 170 first-year freshman male students, offers double-occupancy rooms. The building offers a television and study lounge, computer lab, free laundry facilities, community bathroom with individual shower stalls, and internet access.

History

Mr. Thomas V. Morris, who was born in Eufaula, Alabama, came to Alabama A&M College as a freshman in September 1942. His early schooling was from the Barbour County Training School. Pursuing a curriculum in agriculture, he graduated in 1946 with honors and went on to receive the Master’s Degree in Horticulture at Michigan State University.
