NSF HBCU-UP Program
Alabama A & M University was awarded a second five year Historically Black Colleges and Universities Undergraduate Program (HBCU-UP) entitled Advancing Success in STEM Undergraduate Research and Education (ASSURE) in 2014.

The Math learning Corner provides tutoring for lower level mathematics courses including Developmental Mathematics, Fundamental of Mathematics and Intermediate Algebra
Back to Top - Math Outreach Program
The Math Outreach Program is a joint effort with the Limestone County School District (AL) and has two components:
- Math tutoring for Middleschool Students
- Teacher Summer Workshops
- Student Research Experiences
Student Research Experiences provides stipends for undergraduate student reseach. Students are teamed up with faculty mentors, participate in the AAMU STEM Day and national conferences such as the Emerging Researchers National (ERN) Conference in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM).
