RESERVATION NOTICE

To confirm your reservation and PRIOR TO DEPARTURE, please provide a purchase order, check or money order at your earliest convenience. To avoid charges, cancellations must be made within 72 hours of departure/usage by calling (256) 372-8011. There is a $50 late charge for all requests made less than 10 days prior to the requested usage date.

**For overnight trips, clients must provide the driver(s) room and board and per diem for the length of the trip.**

** Day trips over 6 hours requires driver(s) per diem prior to departure.**

**Usage over the requested and previously approved time may result in an additional invoice.**
