Bulldog Tracks Dual Enrollment Program
The Bulldog Tracks Dual Enrollment Program allows high school students to take college classes concurrently with their high school classes. These classes may be taken either on campus at Alabama A&M University (AAMU) or online. Starting Fall 2026

Requirements to participate
- Required Approval: Approval from the high school counselor is required
- Grade Level: 10th, 11th and 12th grade students are eligible.
- GPA Requirement: A minimum 2.5 GPA is required.
- Complete Dual Enrollment Agreement online.
- Course Requirements: Accuplacer scores for English and Math can be used if students do not meet the minimum ACT/ SAT score
- Admissions Process: You must complete the online application (Select - Dual Enrollment Student Type)

Why Dual Enrollment @ AAMU
Students will have access to free tutoring for all courses offered.
Continued Eligibility
Students must maintain a C or better.
Students who don't earn a C or better, or Withdraw (W) from a course will be suspended from the bulldog enrollment program for one term (not to include the summer term).
Tuition & Fees
Consistent with the Alabama Legislature mandate that all colleges and universities receiving Education Trust Fund (ETF) appropriations must set the per-credit-hour tuition rate for dual enrollment or early college courses at no less than the rate established annually by the Alabama Community College System (ACCS) Board of Trustees. Students enrolled in courses at Alabama A&M University under this Agreement shall be assessed for tuition at the rate of One Hundred Thirty-Three Dollars ($133.00) per credit hour. Tuition and any additional applicable fees, as mutually agreed upon by school districts and AAMU, shall be billed to the individual student accounts of those covered by this Agreement.
