The conference runs from April 1–2, 2026. Sessions will begin at 9:00 AM and conclude at 5:00 PM each day. A reception has been scheduled on April 1st from 5-7 PM. - Is there a discounted hotel rate for conference attendees?
Yes. A block of rooms has been reserved at a discounted rate of $209 per night. Please book by March 11, 2026, to secure this rate. - What amenities does the hotel provide?
The Renaissance Hotel offers complimentary Wi-Fi in guest rooms and public areas, a fitness center, on-site dining options, and event-ready meeting spaces. - Is parking available at the hotel?
Yes, valet parking is available at a rate of $42 per night. - How do I check in for the conference?
