Student Account Services

The Office of Student Accounts supports the overall mission of AAMU by providing billing, collection, and fiscal management practices that comply with University, State, and Federal policies and regulations.  The Office of Student Accounts is responsible for providing services to internal and external customers on accounts receivable, collection services, as well as providing guidelines and support on cash handling activities. 

The Office of Student Accounts strives to assist our students in resolving delinquent balances in a professional and courteous manner that will assist (support) them in meeting their educational goals.

Payment Information

Payment may be made by cash, check, money order, or credit (Visa or MasterCard). All remittances, if not made in person at the Bursar's Office in Patton Hall, Room 105-A, should be mailed to the Cashier's Office at the address listed below.

8:00 am - 5:00 pm (*)

* Summer hours are Monday - Thursday, 7:00 am - 6:00 pm. Summer schedule is typically effective from mid-May to the end of July.
