How to Schedule An Appointment
- Step 1: Log into your AAMU Single Sign On (SSO) Account.
- Step 2: Select the Bulldog Navigate logo located in Single Sign On (SSO).Back to Top
Select the Bulldog Navigate logo located in Single Sign On (SSO).
- Contact Dawn Miles (256-372-5494 or miles@aamu.edu) if you are unable to log into Bulldog Navigate.
- Step 3: Select the “Get Assistance” button.Back to Top
- Select the blue “Get Assistance” button on the right side of the screen.
- Step 4: Select the Type of Appointment, the service, and the blue “Find Available
Time” button.Back to Top
- The Service will be one of the following:
- Academic Check In
- Add/Drop Class
- Change Major/Minor
- Next Semester Registration
- Schedule Adjustments
- Withdraw from AAMU
- The Service will be one of the following:
- Course-Based Tutoring
- Use this option to schedule a tutorial session for one of your courses.
- Writing Workshop
- Use this option to work on your writing skills
- Step 5: Select the Location and StaffBack to Top
- The Location options will be as follows:
- In-Person
- Virtual
- The Staff for Advising will be your assigned academic advisor.
- Contact Academic Advising (256-372-5750) if your assigned academic advisor is not available.
- The Staff for Course-Based Tutoring or Writing Workshop will be the students who tutor
your selected course.
- Contact the TAN Coordinator (256-372-5487 or tan@aamu.edu) if you experience trouble scheduling an appointment.
- Step 6: Select an Available TimeBack to Top
- Pick a day and time that fits your needs.
- If you experience trouble finding an advising time that meets your needs, then contact your advisor to discuss other options.
- If you experience trouble finding a tutor, contact the TAN Coordinator at 256-372-5487 or tan@aamu.edu.
- Pick a day and time that fits your needs.
- Step 7: Confirm the AppointmentBack to Top
- Review the appointment details.
- Specify what you want to discuss by adding additional comments in the “Would you like to share anything else?” section.
- Select how you would like to receive your appointment reminder and enter your cell phone number.
- Click the Schedule button.
- You will get a confirmation receipt immediately.
- You will also receive a reminder prior to the appointment.
- Upcoming appointments may be viewed on the right of Bulldog Navigate Home page.
