Kirk Franklin to Headline Alabama A&M’s 2026 Homecoming Night of Gospel

Twenty-time Grammy Award-winning Gospel icon Kirk Franklin will headline Alabama A&M University’s Night of Gospel on Sunday, October 11 to kick off the 2026 Homecoming week on The Hill.

For more than three decades, Franklin has transformed gospel music, blending traditional with contemporary sounds to create global hits such as Stomp, Imagine Me, I Smile, Love Theory, and more. Widely regarded as one of the most influential artists of all time, his groundbreaking career includes countless chart-topping albums and an enduring impact on generations of listeners around the world.
