Huntsville Church Establishes Endowed Scholarship
Scholarships to Deserving Students
St. Mark Baptist Church in Huntsville, Ala., recently established an endowed scholarship and presented a $25,000 check to AAMU.
Senior Pastor Jeremiah Chester presented the check to AAMU President Andrew Hugine, Jr. Dr. Archie Tucker, AAMU vice president for Marketing, Communications & Advancement and Kim Davis, AAMU interim director of development/grants coordinator, were also on hand.
AAMU will invest the donation and the interest will provide scholarships for deserving students for years to come.
