Committee Meetings Set for Oct. 22
NOTICE OF MEETINGS OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF ALABAMA A&M UNIVERSITY
The Alabama A&M University Board of Trustees will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on October 23, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. The physical location of the meeting will be set for the Campus of the University in its regular meeting location in the Clyde Foster Auditorium of the School of Business. However, the meeting will be held virtually, and members of the Board and all other participants will attend on-line in accordance with Proclamations of the Governor of the State of Alabama. The purpose of the meeting will be to receive information and consider all matters scheduled to come before the Board at that time. AGENDA
Notice is also given that meetings of the following committees of the Board of Trustees of Alabama A&M University are scheduled to occur on October 22, 2020, at the following times. As with the Board of Trustees, the Committee meetings will be held virtually, and members of the respective committees with attend on-line in accordance with the Proclamations of the Governor.

Since the business to be addressed and discussed in the various committee sessions may affect the overall interests of the University, in addition to Trustees who are members of the individual committees, all members of the Board of Trustees of the University are invited to attend any or all of the committee meetings. Consequently, more than a quorum of the Board may be present from time to time during such sessions. However, no action will be taken by the Board itself during such sessions. The Board and committee meetings will be conducted in accordance with all requirements of the Open Meetings Law as set forth in § 36-25A-1 et. seq, and in particular § 36-25A-5.1, of the Code of Alabama, as modified by the Proclamations of the Governor of the State of Alabama in connection with the current emergency. As always, you are invited to attend and observe the proceedings of the meetings of the Board and the committees of the Board.
