State Extension/FCS Meeting Set for AAMU, Huntsville
Countdown to Excellence!
Extension staffers around Alabama are preparing to convene in the Rocket City for the 74th Annual Meeting of the Alabama Affiliate of the National Extension Association of Family and Consumer Sciences April 12-14.
This year’s theme is "Countdown to Excellence: NEAFCS-Leading the Way." Conference gatherings will take place at Alabama A&M University, Embassy Suites, the U.S. Space and Rocket Center and other locations.
On Friday, coordinators will conclude the meeting with a tribute to former members in a memorial service. New officers will be welcomed in the officer installation ceremony. In addition, the session will include another timely human science presentation and an invitation to the 2023 Annual National Session and 2024 State Meeting (75th Anniversary).
